• In the event of cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental period, the tenant will be refunded free of charge all amounts paid to date
• In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the rental period, the renter will be refunded 30% of the booking amount
• In case of cancellation with less than 30 days before the beginning of the rental period, the renter will be refunded 0% of the booking amount

• In case of cancellation up to 48 hours before the beginning of the rental period, the renter will receive a voucher for the total amount of the rental (valid for 365 days from the actual beginning of the rental period, whereby the new beginning of the rental period must be within these 365 days)
  • A free rebooking is also possible
