FAQs about the Knaus Family Campers
How many people fit in the camper?
Our Knaus campers sleep 4-6 and seat 4. Some campers also have an additional 5th seat. If you are interested in this, please write us a message.
Cancellation conditions?
Up to 48 hours before departure you will be refunded the full price of the trip in the form of a voucher. So you are maximally flexible, even if you have to cancel spontaneously!
Where can I pick up the camper?
You can pick up your camper directly at our company premises. This is located in Adelheidsdorf, Gewerbering 6, directly between Hanover and Celle. If you are coming by train, please let us know and we will pick you up at the S-Bahn station Ehlershausen.
What is included? What else do I need?
With us you are fully equipped. From fully comprehensive insurance, unlimited free mileage, camping chairs to camping gear, everything is on board! A 2nd driver is already included.
Special extras such as a fire bowl etc. can of course be booked with us.
Can I drive your motorhomes with my license?
For our campers you don’t need a special driving license, because all of them are under 3,5t. The normal “Auto-Führerschen” (B or 3) is quite sufficient!
How long you have had your driver’s license is also irrelevant to us.
What is the size of the fresh/waste water tank?
Der Frischwassertank fasst 100 Liter, der Abwassertank 96 Liter.

The camper has a gross vehicle weight of 3.5t. You have an empty weight of 3045kg (with 90% filled diesel tank + AdBlue tank, 1 filled gas bottle and 1 driver). Means you may still load a total of 455kg.
